The staff made us feel so welcome every time we saw them, and the manager was happy to chat and offered to help with anything we needed. We also met the owner while walking around the grounds, and they were both lovely to talk to. The airport pickup was friendly, and the hotel’s free rides into town were brilliant. We used them a few times, though we also walked and felt safe. We spent two nights in the villa, which was a special treat after two weeks touring Vietnam and Cambodia. Two spa staff greeted us with an outdoor foot bath, such a lovely touch. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic, too, in a beautiful setting. We stayed in December and couldn’t find anything to fault. People we met around Laos were genuinely friendly, and the hotel team seemed especially delighted to see us. We’d love to come back. Thanks to everyone for making the stay memorable.

The homemade breakfasts were a highlight. I stayed three days and looked forward to eating here every morning. Everything tasted just right, and they even gave me a snack when I checked out. The food and surroundings are both fantastic, and the staff are well trained. You can also ask at reception for a free ride to the city center. Definitely the best choice around here.

The team are so helpful and make you feel looked after, and breakfast is made to order with lots of choices. It’s a quiet spot close to the city center, and you can borrow bikes to explore beyond the tourist area, which I recommend. A lovely boutique hotel with a family feel and lots of little details. I’d happily recommend it.

The breakfasts are outstanding, and the rooms are comfortable. There’s also a really nice pool. It’s a peaceful place a little outside the town center, but walkers can get there on foot, and guests can use the free bikes. Would I stay again? Yes!

A lovely little hotel, just 16 rooms, and beautifully put together. We only had breakfast, but the dining area is lovely. The pool looked nice, though we didn’t try it. You can walk into town or take the free shuttle, but it isn’t right in town, if that matters to you. It’s in a local neighborhood.
