For 180k, the room came with AC, a bathroom, and WiFi. It’s a little old-fashioned, and the main light didn’t work, apparently just because the bulb was out. The room was clean and the bed was good, though a bit hard. Nice area, with a cat and free tea and hot water.
The location stays quiet at night, and there’s private parking. For 150k kip, I got a clean room, a hot shower with good water pressure, and working AC. The price is good compared with nearby options. A good place for travelers.
I arrived very late, and the owner kindly showed me several rooms to choose from. Communication was friendly, and I liked the location and the interesting buildings. The property covers a large area with several houses, a cafe, and a kitchen. The room furnishings are sparse, but the air conditioner worked and there was hot water. I recommend it for a short stop.
The guesthouse is nicely situated near the Mekong and the main road, and it looks lovely. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. For 120,000 Kip, our double room had AC, a fan, and warm water, which was all I needed. We stayed an extra night and had a very nice visit.
There are two separate buildings with rooms, plus a coffee shop that’s a good place to sit and do paperwork. The buildings are nicely built and looked after, though the rooms feel small for a place furnished and put together like somewhere expensive. Fan rooms and air conditioning are both available at very reasonable prices. The people are sweet, and it’s a quiet spot off the road that’s still easy to find after dark. A dandy place to stay.
