I booked two nights because the hotel reviews looked good, but on arrival the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet seat was completely covered in pee, the bed was broken and uncomfortable, and there was a strange moldy smell. I wouldn't recommend it at all. When I asked them to clean the toilet, they preferred moving me to an upper floor and didn't offer help with my luggage. In the end, one of the staff cleaned the bathroom.

The location was nice and central, but the rooms were extremely basic. In a room for three, there was just one tiny bottle of shampoo and soap, so I had to ask for more and collect it at reception. The staff spoke very poor English and didn't know much about the area. I couldn't ask them for directions, restaurant suggestions, or anything.

The check-in was the unfriendliest ever. The guy barely spoke English and couldn't find our Agoda booking, then tried to charge us for the room. They also didn't have the room type we'd booked. I wouldn't recommend it, there are heaps of other options in town.

Housekeepers took money from our room while cleaning. We complained, but the manager did nothing. A Chinese customer sniffed food close to their nose and put it back, and the staff just watched without doing anything. Breakfast was fine and the room was fine, but this left us with too many bad memories.
