The breakfasts were quite good, but my room had a window that was stuck permanently open because one section was missing. Nobody fixed it during my stay, so the room was very noisy at night. There were also lots of ants, and the soundproofing could be better.

The room was very small, but it was clean for the price. The location is nice, and the rate felt like good value.

The rooftop looked abandoned and dirty, and every chair was broken. The rest of the place was filthy too, with splashes on the walls, hair on the floor and in the bed, and mould on the ceiling above the air conditioner.

Really nice hotel for the money. The reception staff were so kind and truly wanted to help us with everything.

For 150,000 kip, the room is extremely good value. The furniture was worn, but my room was clean and had a separate shower, unlike the usual all-wet bathrooms, plus a great view. Most restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
