I came here on a business trip and found the atmosphere friendly. The staff are nice, cooperative and provide what you need. There is a pool, and breakfast is comfortable in the morning, with very good staff there too. The one problem is that there's no laundry service of their own. Coming from another country, I needed to wash my clothes, but that wasn't available.

The pool is excellent, big enough to relax or swim laps, and the reception and elevator areas are clean and well kept. Our room was quiet, very tidy, and had everything we needed plus a few extras, with a nice view of the pool and gardens. The facilities were comfortable, the shower had great pressure and good fittings, and the cleaning team and reception staff were friendly and helpful. There's a little mold starting in the shower tile joints, so it needs a proper maintenance clean. The gym needs a total revamp. The machines don't work and the equipment is very old. Updating it would make this a really high-quality hotel. There are some good local places to eat a short walk away, and a large shopping centre nearby, though it's mainly clothes and bags. The area caters to Chinese tourists. No handy ATMs, and it'd be great if the hotel could arrange motorbike rentals. There are usually a few Tuk tuks close by. One of the better hotels I've stayed at on this Laos trip.

The price is moderate, and compared with other hotels I considered, this one is very good. Mostly PRC tourists. I could still find a room even when it showed no availability online. quality is very good

The staff are quite friendly and easy to approach when you need help getting around town. The hotel is average, near the centre of Vientiane, with average beds and not many facilities. The toilets had an odd smell, not exactly putrid, but definitely not sweet-smelling.

The rooms were okay, if you're Chinese. Breakfast wasn't good. For this price, other places around here offer a lot more variety.
