Urbanite Hotel

A decent mid-range hotel in Vientiane, a little out of the way but still within a 10-minute taxi ride of pretty much anywhere except the rail stations. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was okay, and there is a gym, though it's basic and gets very hot unless you turn on the A/C. Breakfast was good, with pretty much everything covered.

We had a spacious, comfortable one-bedroom self-contained apartment with a washing machine. Breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel was very good value. The staff were always helpful and friendly, especially Ms Ti.

There really wasn't anything we disliked. Our one-bedroom apartment was comfortable and fully equipped, with a huge, good bed and a nice kitchen where we cooked. Everything we needed was there. Wi-Fi stayed stable while both of us worked online and did lots of video calls. The room was very, very clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing, a fresh buffet with plenty to choose from: fruit and vegetables, pastries, eggs, different proteins, noodles, rice, and good bean coffee from the machine. They changed some dishes each day, so it didn't get boring. The chocolate paste is from heaven, try it! The staff were all nice and friendly, from reception and breakfast to housekeeping. A place to stay!

Ms Ti and the rest of the staff were especially friendly, helpful, and professional, so I’d happily stay here again. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. I had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a large two door fridge freezer, a table for four, a two seater sofa, and a washing machine. The bathroom was modern and had a rain shower. Some of the furniture looked a little dated, but it all worked.
