The beds, linens, rooms, and air conditioning are all pretty good in this new hostel, which has a modern loft style on the main road. Management and customer service could use some work. I especially liked having a coffee shop next door, and the shuttle stop for Wattay airport is right outside, making travel easy.

The exterior looks lovely, but inside it feels average and lacks a clear design style. There are lots of details to fix: no towels, hair dryer, drying rack, or bed curtains, and no washing machine or room cleaning. There isn’t a window in the room either, and little ants were crawling on the bed. I hope management sorts this out soon.

The shower and toilet facilities are modern and very clean, and the beds and rooms are well designed. It’s a good location, around a 10-minute walk to the Mekong and the center. Breakfast could be better, since it’s just eggs, jelly, and honey, but it’s still better than nothing!

We weren’t staying there, just waiting outside for the airport bus, but the receptionist was incredibly kind. We nearly boarded the wrong bus, and she came out to make sure we got the right one. Thank you for such great service!

We loved staying here. The staff are five stars, the room is comfortable and very clean, and breakfast is delicious. Best hostel in Vientiane.
