It’s quiet at night after 10pm even though the hotel is beside the main road. The night market and parson mall are about 10-15 minutes away on foot. For me, this is an ideal budget hotel. The room matched the online picture, the building has four floors, and it had the basic facilities. I was just a bit annoyed by the weak water pressure on the fourth floor. Hopefully the owner can improve that next time 😅

The room was clean, especially the beds and towels, and the aircon worked well. Our family room had a queen bed and a single bed for 250000 KIP, which felt like good value compared with the mostly overpriced choices in Vientiane. A clean fridge and more reliable WiFi would have made it even better. The location is handy for walking to the city centre, night market, Presidential Palace, Ho Phrakeo Museum, Wat Sisaket, That Dam Stupa, Vientiane Center and Parkson. There’s also a restaurant right beside the hotel with good food.

The location is good and the room is big, with a TV, hot water, cabinet and mini frige. But the cabinet, dressing desk and floor were dusty, and the room was full of mosqitals. They didn’t clean it while I was staying there unless I asked. The AC wasn’t cool. This used to be a good guesthouse.

It’s about an easy ten-minute walk from the town center. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

The price is very cheap, so I wasn’t expecting much, just a clean place. Even that was missing. The mattress seemed around 30 years old, and there was mault in the bathroom and a dirty toilet. Never again.
