Charming Riverside Hotel

The front desk was very helpful, and printing itineraries for the next part of my trip was free. The room was clean and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and a Google TV. It’s easy to walk everywhere from here, with coffee houses nearby, the night market close by, and the City Center and the pulse of the city, including Presidential Palace, within easy reach. I didn’t see or ask for an iron.

Friendly, helpful service and clean, comfortable rooms made this a solid value for money. The hotel sits along the river, with lovely scenery, especially at sunrise and sunset.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the dumplings with soy sauce. Slippers, a hairdryer, and the tea and coffee station made us feel at home. We arrived late at night after a stressful evening, but our room at Riverside Hotel (near the Night Market) was ready with soft pillows, comfortable beds, and a full dental kit, which saved us since we’d forgotten our house keys. The small building felt cozy and was spotlessly clean. They’d made towel swans to welcome us, though my daughter “disassembled” them before I could take a photo lol. Highly recommend the hospitality and cleanliness. Big thanks to the admin and guardian.

There were nice choices at breakfast for different tastes, and the rooms were a good size. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were helpful. It’s in a nice part of the city, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby.
