The street out front was really loud, so bring earplugs. Apart from that, the location made it easy to walk to most of town, the air conditioning worked very well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was a little dated, as expected. At $6 a night, I think it deserves five stars.

I'm writing this after my first night of a three-night booking, and I'm already looking for somewhere better. The rooms have no windows, and mine was right beside the hallway, where drunk guests kept slamming doors and shouting through the night. A water pump next to my room also ran whenever someone used the water. It's noisy around the clock. The staff seemed incompetent and barely spoke English. The room wasn't worth the money, even if the price looks cheap. This place has been a nightmare. Don't book here!

The location is great and the price is reasonable. I couldn't get an iron or a corkscrew when I asked, and the shower's water heater didn't work. It's livable for a short stay, but I'm not sure I'd want to stay long.

The staff were very nice and everything was clean. Two people can stay for $25 a night, which is a great deal. I'd have liked the beds to be a bit firmer.
