The staff were extremely kind, and the room was fully equipped with a clean, comfortable bed. I stayed here and thought it was a great place, especially for the value.

They have complimentary cereal, snacks, tea, coffee, and juice available whenever you want, and you can order quite good food from the menu too. The staff were lovely and helpful, and there’s a free morning airport shuttle. I’d recommend staying here if you’re flying into or out of Vientiane.

The hotel is quiet, comfortable, good value, and in a handy spot for the airport. Check-in was friendly, so there were plenty of good things about it. Leaving was stressful, though. The hotel had arranged transport for 6:50, but at 6:30 someone knocked loudly and yelled that I was late. I rushed to get ready and went downstairs, only to wait there for 20 minutes. The receptionist had mixed up the room and the timing, so I hadn’t been late. Still convenient for the airport, but that checkout mess was unpleasant.
