The staff were great, and breakfast was nice. The rooms were okay, with A/C and a TV, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. A couple of things bothered me: noise from other guests, and every door hinge creaks. Maybe they need some WD 40.

Friendly staff, especially mr. Keo. The room was okay and clean, though ask for one with a window. It was quiet, yet still close to things to see and do.

The owner is a sweet, accommodating man who's often around and happy to chat. The lobby is a quiet place to hang out, it's very central, and there's free coffee all day. The rooms are handsome, furnished, spacious, quite comfortable, and have large beds, but a few things could be better. Some smell strongly of mold and mildew until the AC gets going. Several have no windows, and some windows look onto the inner stairway. The positives outweigh those issues by a lot. It's a gem hidden behind an unpronounceable name and an unremarkable storefront.

It's really close to the Mekong night market, and the prices aren't expensive. My room was clean, the noodle breakfast was piping hot and really good, and the front staff spoke kindly.
