Breakfast was messy, with little variety, and guests were rude, grabbing food as if there’d be none left. In the morning, I could smell smoke coming across our room, even though the hotel says it’s non-smoking. This was my first and last stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Some of the bedroom showers didn’t work, and in some rooms the beds were broken with no one fixing them. Breakfast wasn’t great and didn’t offer many choices. It cost too much, 50,000 to 65,0000, and the TV only had Chinese-language options, so you can’t understand it if you don’t speak Chinese. This is my last time staying at this hotel.

The location and the cleaning lady were the only things I liked. We paid 600,000 lak per night for three nights in a more expensive room, which did seem better, but the service was pretty bad. An emergency forced us to change our plans, and they wouldn’t refund the last two nights. There was no English-speaking staff either. I don’t recommend it beyond the location. We should have stayed across the street at the hotel with a pool.
