Golden Tulip Lili's Resort & Spa

We had to wait an hour to get into the restaurant because it wasn't ready to receive us, which came down to poor organization. The food at the evening event was below average, though breakfast was good. The front desk staff were welcoming, but didn't help when it came to serving us. Our room was next to the lobby and very noisy, so we asked to move. They refused for reasons that didn't make sense. This is advertised as a five-star hotel, but they should take away two stars.

From dinner through breakfast, we had an amazing stay. The team were great, especially the manager rabih zaid, who was very helpful. I highly recommend it.

The indoor pool water is dirty and doesn't seem to get cleaned regularly. The toilets are the same. The gym is neglected, with machines needing maintenance, dumbbells always left disorganized, and poor quality overall.

The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked perfectly. I was warmly welcomed at reception and at the breakfast bar, and the team took great care of me. Thanks to Fadel the manager and his excellent team!
