6/10
I had a spacious, clean room with a nice view of the street and park, and the staff were friendly. The city location is convenient, with the market and restaurants within walking distance, but at night you can hear people shouting or talking and cars outside that sound like they’re racing. One bedside lamp broke on the first night, then the other one the next night. I asked to have them fixed or replaced since I can’t sleep in a totally dark room, but it seemed the plug was the problem. I had to go to the toilet to charge my gadgets.

For the price, it’s good, though the furniture inside is very old and there was a little dirt on everything. Ms. Faten at reception was especially helpful and assisted me with many things. She also knows a lot about the area. I’d give her five stars for the effort.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff welcomed me and were very helpful. It’s a good deal in a good location if you’re traveling on a budget.

The room was dirty and outdated, and the staff were snobby and rude. They wanted to charge extra for every little thing, even coffee in the room. At $65 a night, I’d still pay twice as much next time to avoid staying here.

For what you pay, this hotel is exceptional. The receptionists are respectful and lovely, the lobby is lovely, and I liked the colors of the bed and covers too.
