The room stayed quiet even though the area is busy, and I could barely hear outside noise. It was very clean, organized, and had all the amenities I needed. Hotel Midtown is in a convenient spot in Hamra, close to everything. After some bad hotel experiences elsewhere, this was a pleasant surprise, comfortable and calm for the price. I'd definitely return.

Having electricity and water around the clock took care of many of the problems you can run into in Lebanon, and the AC worked smoothly throughout our stay. The hotel is family friendly, and the service was what stood out most. Everyone from reception to housekeeping worked hard to make us comfortable and welcome. Mohammed at reception was always smiling, checked that our rooms were okay, helped with money exchange, and was ready to assist with even the smallest things. He helped us feel safe and comfortable. Mustafa was also a lovely young man, polite, kind, and always willing to lend a hand. MidTown Hotel & Suites - Beirut is a professional establishment, and I highly recommend it and its staff.

There was nothing good about this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and mean, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and noise from the rooms carried through because they were all open onto each other. We couldn't use any amenities either, since both the pool and gym were closed. Absolutely terrible.

My room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony, and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. With the window shut, it was completely insulated from outside noise. They cleaned and aired the room daily, changed the towels, and brought bottled water each day. There was electricity and hot water 24/7. The only drawback was the internet connection, which was inconsistent. Don't be put off by the bad reviews, this hotel was top-notch.
