The location was handy, close to everything I needed, and the staff were always kind and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. I had a wonderful stay, and it was great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The shrine looked beautiful from our room, and the wifi worked well. There was hot water, too. It’s a very clean place with a very nice owner, and a great base for visiting the Balbeek Roman ruins and the shrine. We totally recommend staying here and will be back for sure!

The staff and management were extremely kind and welcoming, and the internet was great. I stayed one night at Rawda Residence, where the rooms were comfortable and clean. From the second-floor rooms you can see the Roman ruins. It’s also within walking distance of Baalbek’s most famous attraction and the old market. I’d highly recommend it to travelers.

The host even picked me up and brought me to the hotel after I got lost, and the staff were around during the day to help and suggest restaurants. The service was outstanding. It’s a great location, just a 2 minute walk from the Baalbek ruins and 5 minutes from the old souk, and excellent value for money. If you want a clean, tidy room with good air conditioning, I highly recommend this hotel.

The owner is amazing, extremely friendly and honest, and helps however he can. It’s a really good hotel with pleasant, comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices. I even gifted him a beautiful Chameleon ;)
