At @lahoyabeirut, I had a disappointing and shameful experience with a staff member, "BASHIR". He used inappropriate language and swore at me over a simple parking mistake. There was no professionalism or respect. Please train staff to speak to people respectfully.

We had a great two-week family vacation in Beirut, staying in the three-bedroom apartment at Lahoya Homes. It was amazing, and everything matched the description or was even better. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, with a great sea view. Service was absolutely awesome. The hotel is in a great area, close to Hamra, Rouche, and Zaitunay Bay, with coffee shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. Thanks to Lahoya for making our family trip so perfect. We’ll definitely choose it again on future visits.

I made a mistake booking this place, on a friend's bad recommendation. After paying for two nights, I saw how filthy it was and decided to leave. I had a bad experience, but they wouldn’t refund the second night as a good gesture, even though I left because of what happened. If you’re looking for a good experience, my advice is to stay here.

The staff are what make Lahoya homes even better. Mira, Hassan Jojo, Mehdi, and Dalal have wonderful personalities and are so dedicated. It’s a lovely hotel with great views. Thank you, everyone.
