We came for a family vacation, and this place ruined it. We booked two nights and paid $800. The place was very old and unclean. The fridge wasn't working, the internet was out, and the electricity kept cutting in and out. There was no soap in the bathrooms, and the bathrooms were tiny, around 1x1 m2 in a big chalet. They left one small, half-used soap/shampoo and only four towels for seven people. The bedroom heaters couldn't be turned off, so they put in a fan. My little kids were drenched in sweat in their room. At 10:21 pm, the internet still wasn't working. We asked for a refund for the second night. They refused, with answers like, “You needed soap then call us,” “The internet we are fixing it,” and that we knew about the generator and EDL. They said towels had to be ordered, the fridge had been turned on when we arrived and we should have told them, and they would send someone to switch off the heater. To them, everything was a reason not to refund us. The receptionist told me to CHILL and said I was making a big deal. Beware, it is a scam!!!!!! The pictures don't match reality.

The hotel was clean, and not far from the slopes. I loved the cozy chalet feel, especially the charming, warming fireplace in the bedroom. Service was absolutely great, and all the staff were really nice. We had a lovely stay at Faraya Village Club. I warmly recommend it. Enjoy.

Sitting in the room's hot tub with the fireplace in view was amazing. The mountain view with the wood fireplace roaring was breathtaking. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The balcony is a lovely spot for morning coffee or hanging out late at night, with a breathtaking view. The food was good too, especially the tasty burger and pizza. Service was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Faraya village Club is an amazing getaway in Faraya, whether in summer or winter. I'd definitely recommend it.

The friendly staff were the best part of the hotel. The facility is very humble, though, with clutter in every corner. Breakfast is minimal and served in the lobby because the area is so small. The lobby bathroom wasn't clean. This hotel can't be four stars.
