The communal sitting room was lovely and cozy, and the rooms had colorful, eclectic designs by local artists. We stayed in this charming hotel in a lively neighborhood, with bars and restaurants right outside. Most rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There's no traditional reception, but the staff got back to us quickly and warmly on WhatsApp. The delicious Lebanese breakfast used lovely local produce. Beit Tamanan is part of an NGO group, and the proceeds support a wish foundation. My stay was short, but I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with its own character.

Beit Tamanna was a lovely place to stay, with great service and a great location. The staff were wonderful, and we really enjoyed the Lebanese breakfast. Its proceeds go toward critically ill children, which made the stay feel even more special. We hope to return soon.

The location made things easy, with everything we needed within walking distance, especially handy without a car. I spent five days at Beit Tamanna and loved it. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was seriously delicious too. Knowing that a good cause benefits from staying there made the whole experience even better. I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting Beirut.

We spent two nights in the Meshwar Room, and it was a comfortable stay. Check-in went smoothly, and Maggie kindly helped with our luggage. Breakfast was excellent, especially the delicious coffee. The one downside was weak water pressure in the shower, but I'd still highly recommend the hotel.

It felt like coming home at the end of each day. We stayed in both The hills are alive and Oasis, with a few days away in between to travel around Lebanon. The Lebanese breakfast was generous and delicious. Loved the location, design, and service, and I'll definitely stay here again.
