The reception team really stood out, welcoming and professional from check-in right through check-out. They were kind, efficient, attentive to details, and always ready to help, which made me feel at home and valued. Citea Hotel Achrafieh was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I’d happily recommend it, especially for the reception staff’s service.

Rakan, the manager, picked a lovely room for me and made sure everything went smoothly. The front office team was professional and friendly too. The hotel was amazing and very clean, and the service went beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely come back. It feels like my second home now, highly recommended!

Starting the new year at Citea Hotel was a lovely experience. For New Year 2026, the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a festive atmosphere, while the clean, comfortable rooms made the stay even better. The whole team was warm, professional, and attentive. Thanks especially to the front office team, Aleen, Rakan and Reda, for their hospitality and for making me feel at home. I’ll definitely return.

This was my second summer stay at Citea Apart Hotel, and I’ll book again the next time I’m in Lebanon. The location was close to everything I needed, the breakfast had a lovely range of tasty options, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I had a great stay and would recommend it.
