Radisson BLU Martinez Hotel, Beirut

It’s good to keep coming back to one of the most convenient hotels in Lebanon. The service is consistently up to expectations, and the front desk team are helpful and go out of their way to make the stay a good one. Thanks to Hadi and the team.

The service was very kind, and the kitchen stays open in the evening with good food. I don't understand why the gym is closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. That doesn't seem normal for this kind of hotel.

Thankfully, Charbel dealt with the problem professionally and moved us to another room right away. We had been given a clean room, but the toilet wouldn't flush. We reported it to reception, went out for five hours, and came back to find it still broken. The receptionist kept making excuses, which was frustrating. I hope management looks into this complaint.

I returned to Beirut a few days after my first stay expecting the hotel to acknowledge what had happened and provide better service. Instead, a paid late checkout was mishandled. The same front desk agent first denied it had been paid for, even though it was confirmed and was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. On my first stay, I had paid for room decoration and never received it. The agent called it “human error.” I understand mistakes happen, but they only refunded the service and made no proper apology or attempt to make up for the inconvenience. After these two experiences, I no longer trust the service here. Beirut will remain my base for travel in the region, but I won't stay at this property again.
