Urban Central Suites - Beirut Hotel

The location was absolutely amazing, close to everything and so easy for getting around. The staff were friendly, my room was clean and comfortable, and they took care of everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Avoid this place if you’re staying with your wife or family. If you’re single and don’t care about cleanliness, maybe it’ll suit you. The standards were far below what I’d expect, and I’m sure the four and five star reviews are fake. The whole place felt disorganized, with heavy smoking throughout and bedsheets that smelled of smoke. There’s no separation for non-smoking floors. The two older men on staff were nice, but there was no organization or uniform, and they always smelled of cigarettes. Room 101 is next to the generator, so avoid it. After the first night, I tried to cancel my reservation, but they refused because I’d booked through agoda. I was left with no choice but to stay. If you touch the floor or any surface, your hand will be black with dust. The toilet towels were very old and dirty the first night, until I complained. The location isn’t bad, and the facility could be managed much better. Special thanks to Mohammad, who tried his best to help us.

A calm environment, convenient location, and impressively fast internet. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were super friendly. Had a great time here, definitely recommend it :)

The breakfast had good options, including local dishes, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Seems suitable for both business and leisure stays, with high satisfaction among repeat visitors.
