Warwick Stone 55 Hotel

The rooms are falling apart: the heating was broken, the windows wouldn’t close, and there were water issues everywhere. My friend had to switch rooms three times because it was so bad. We waited two days for an iron that never showed up. The heater was stuck on full heat and turned the room into a sauna. Staff were rude, dismissive, and useless. They ignored every complaint or answered with attitude. Their solution was to tell us, “Open the window.” No maintenance, no service, and no basic comfort. This place has zero standards and no respect for guests. I’ll never return, and I’d tell people to stay far away.

Booking’s reviews are misleading. I’ve been to more than 50 countries and stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never had a property with such high ratings deliver such poor quality. Management keeps promising to fix problems, says they have, and then treats guests as though they won’t notice or understand. It feels deceptive and unprofessional. I don’t recommend it at all.

The location made it easy to get to local attractions and places to eat. My room was spotless, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made it hard to leave. The decor and attention to cleanliness stood out. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The food was delicious, from breakfast through dinner, and the service was friendly and professional. Everything was spotless, and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beirut. A really enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it for comfort, great hospitality, and top-quality service.
