Mr. Joseph, the hotel owner, was humble, friendly, and ready to help with every detail. The service here was unlike anything I’ve experienced at hotels in the many countries I’ve visited, and I haven’t found lower prices at any hotel in Lebanon. Mr. Eddie, who owns the restaurant, and his wife were just as lovely, treating guests like family. I recommend visiting and seeing it for yourself. Thank you, Mr. Joseph and Mr. Eddie, for such warm treatment. May God bless you.

The hotel is family run, and its spot right in the middle of town is amazing. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful part of Lebanon.

The owners are very friendly and always willing to help or do a favor. The rooms are comfortable, and the view over the Qadisha valley is beautiful. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

The place feels very old and poorly looked after. There were stains on the bed linens and carpets, and the stairs felt tricky to use. There’s no elevator, and the rooms had no AC at night.

Good value for the money and an excellent location. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in the area.
