It's sad to see such a beautiful place neglected. The location is awesome, the pool is nice, and there's a venue beside it that would suit weddings and receptions. The rooms are moderate and need renovation, and the hotel has no services: no hot water in the room, vending machine, or small shop. During our three day stay, we saw only three staff members. This place is a forgotten gem, and I hope the owners work on it. It's worth the effort.

I went on NY2023 Eve, and the service overall was awful. The music and food quality were both 1/10. The management should update the menu and improve the sound quality. The banquet was packed and crowded, and the air quality was poorly controlled. I wouldn't recommend this place even for an ordinary occasion.

I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The room was dirty, and I found cockroaches. The service was really poor.

The sea view from my room was lovely, and the balcony was large. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I think I left with bites from bed bugs. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear my neighbors as though we were sharing a room. The receptionist didn't speak English and couldn't offer a helpful way to communicate.

The staff were friendly, the pool was good, and the spacious room had a beautiful balcony and sea view. A few basic things would make the room more convenient. There was no kettle or cups, though they brought them for free after we asked. We also had to request a hair dryer from reception. Having these items already in the room would be better.
