Villetta Di Faraya

The Jacuzzi water was brown, rusty, smelly, dirty, and full of sand. I got itchy right away, then red patches appeared all over, and my skin felt sore and burning. The downstairs shower didn't work either. Hygiene was poor, and there was no coffee, tea, or kettle. I was spoken to in a patronizing way, and left very unhappy with the experience. I strongly, repeatedly do not recommend this place. First and last time, never again.

The room gets cozy and warm thanks to a great heater. Still, it needs maintenance and better equipment. The toilet is a little small, so showering isn't very comfortable.

There was plenty of room for activities and a big balcony, plus parking, internet, hot water, heating, and a wood fireplace. Restaurants are nearby and the slopes are about 10 minutes away, which worked well for our short ski trip with a large group. The chalet was cozy and clean, with space for up to 16: four master bedrooms with bathrooms, a guest toilet, six sofa beds, and a kitchenette with a fridge, gas stove, and a large bar for simple meals. There wasn't a view, the shower was a bit small, and the bathroom had no rug. Better equipped kitchen and it would be amazing.

Ala’a was fantastic, taking care of us throughout the day and even after midnight, and the pool was good. The villa was a letdown, though. I booked a large one, but it was dated, with worn, dirty furniture. The AC was too loud, and the receptionist held onto the remote so we couldn't adjust the temperature. The food was far below average, with a limited menu and strange taste, so we ordered from a nearby restaurant. Checkout took about half an hour in the morning because nobody seemed to be awake at the front desk.
