Delora Hotel and Suites

After long days of charity deployment work, my spacious, spotless room was a welcome place to unwind. The balcony looked out toward the mountains, which brought a peaceful feel to my stay. I spent two nights at Delora Hotel during Ramadan, while on deployment from the UK, and Alhamdulillah, I have no complaints. The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating from the moment I arrived, and the hotel had a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt clean and well cared for, and the service was comparable to a 5-star hotel. I was genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would recommend Delora Hotel for work, charity, or leisure visits to the area.

We were near our village in Em Beqaa, and Beirut was about 45 minutes away. The rooms were huge, clean, and well organized, and the location worked perfectly for us.

The hummus was delicious, an easy 11/10, and every dish was excellent. The buffet was beautifully presented, with nothing feeling average, and the food had that at-home feeling. We came as six for lunch and found the welcome and service both a 10. Prices came in lower than we expected. Bravo to the owner and director, we'll have to come back.

The staff were so friendly and caring that we felt right at home. Thanks for looking after us and giving such lovely service. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and well organized.
