Nazih made the stay even better. He’s respectful, kind, and has a wonderful personality. He treated me with care and professionalism, and his positive attitude made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-kept rooms and everything organized. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place.

The team at Hotel Hollywoodinn impressed me with their honesty and kindness. I accidentally left something behind, and they found it quickly and made sure it got safely back to me. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable too. Thoughtful service like that is rare. Huge thanks to everyone, I’ll definitely come back! ✨✨✨

I booked online with taxes included, but reception still asked for another 10 dollars. I’d expected something basic, maybe not fancy, but at least clean. Instead, the hotel smelled moldy and there was trash in the rooms’ lobby. The manager or owner, I’m not sure which, was on the phone when we arrived and wasn’t welcoming or hospitable at all. He only seemed interested in money. Run, trust me!

I was disappointed by the room’s cleanliness. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly, and finding visible hairs on the pillow was unsettling.

Nothing about my stay felt clean. The sheets were dirty, the furniture was dusty, and an unpleasant smell hit me as soon as I entered the room. Hygiene and maintenance clearly weren’t priorities. The service was just as bad. Staff were unhelpful and unresponsive, and sometimes rude. My requests were ignored or handled poorly, and nobody seemed concerned about guests’ comfort or problems. It was a catastrophic experience. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, especially if you want somewhere peaceful and clean. There are plenty of better choices.
