The breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed the town too. The place was clean, cool, calm, and the staff were friendly and very helpful, so we'd definitely stay again. One thing, though: the minibar felt like daylight robbery. The hotel could provide free drinking water in the rooms.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean with new furniture. We booked two nights but left after just one because the pool was very moldy and not clean. The following day we saw the staff emptying it to give it a proper clean.

The location is lovely, and the hotel looks beautiful both inside and out, but management felt very unprofessional and cheap. Our toilet wasn't clean, there was a beehive on the window, and the living room faucet didn't work properly, spraying us while we washed dishes. The elevator took several presses to work and go down to the lobby. The room had a kettle but no cups, no hairdryer, and just one bar of soap in the toilet. Staff weren't wearing masks, and the price changed from one day to the next. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless management changes.

Our room had a balcony looking either onto Jezzine's main road or the region's lush pine forest, and the pool was amazing for a swim. The Green Lake Hotel felt like home, thanks in part to the very friendly staff. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious too. We had a marvellous stay and highly recommend it.

The view is definitely worth recommending. The hotel manages to feel both luxurious and cozy, with great service and friendly staff. Their high standards for maintenance and hygiene stood out too.
