That zaatar manoushe at breakfast was so good! The staff were very polite, and our room was spacious and super clean, with a great location and view. Definitely recommended. I'd consider staying here again for sure.

Our family suite had two rooms, with one king bed and two double beds, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful. The location was nice, with a great view of town, and the rooms were clean and a good size. In March 2020, the suite cost 200,000 lbp. But room 402 had the worst mattress I've ever seen in the king bedroom. Its springs felt like they were punching into my back, and my wife and I were still in pain after four days. I also couldn't get any hot water for a shower. The power went out for a few minutes at midnight, shutting off the room heater, which wouldn't restart despite my trying, so the room was chilly in the morning. I don't think I'll repeat this experience when I'm back in Jezzine.

The room was very clean and neat, and the bathroom and shower were just what you'd expect. The location on Maps might be a little off, so double-check it with the hotel.
