The bed was comfy, and the room had a nice smart TV and good internet. The price actually feels too low for a place like this. Stephanie, the host, went above and beyond, and Lucy, the cleaning lady, made sure my room was clean. This was by far the best hospitality I’ve received in Jounieh. Hope to come back.

It’s a very nice hotel, and the owner manages it and is around the property all the time. The rooms are big, the hotel is very clean, and the location is one of the best. Thank you, stephanie, for making us feel like we were at home, not in a hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely styled, and everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotello Guest Suites is right in the middle of Jounieh, with the beach, cafes, and restaurants close by. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We saw bed bugs, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the AC worked really badly. The heater wasn't turned on until we found it, and there was no breakfast. Seeing food being prepared outside by the parking area behind the hotel was disgusting. When I told the truth about the cleanliness and how guests were treated, the manager Stephanie sent me an unprofessional WhatsApp message telling me to go open a case and do whatever I wanted. Feel free to try it yourself, but I don't believe the other ratings are true.

The laundry service was amazing and made it easy to pack light and have fresh clothes during my stay. I also loved how well looked after the suite was: it was spotless, the bed was wonderful, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Stephanie, the director, welcomed me warmly, and the staff showed real care and attention throughout. Hotello guest suites is in a great area, with attractions and amenities easy to reach. The service was excellent, and the place exceeded my expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and location. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back.
