The place looks nice, but we felt unwelcome because the owner was extremely rude. As soon as we arrived, he yelled at us for entering the wrong room, which had happened because his staff made an error. He had promised juice, soft drinks, and coffee, but none were provided. To get coffee, we had to go upstairs to his office, since it wasn’t allowed in the room, which seemed very strange. The office stayed closed all morning until 10:30 am. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is the one thing I liked. Our room was very cold when we arrived because the power was out. There’s no room service, and they don’t provide snacks or drinks. It’s overpriced compared with other hotels, and bear in mind this isn’t actually a hotel.

The view across the suites, taking in all of Mzaar ski resort, was breathtaking, and the complimentary drinks were delicious. At the door, staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. I really enjoyed visiting planet suites. It’s a hidden gem, and I’d suggest giving it a try.

The place itself is nice and clean, but the owner’s behavior made us uncomfortable. When we arrived, he pushed the door open and yelled at us aggressively because we’d accidentally gone into the wrong room after a staff member’s mistake. The owner and staff were extremely unprofessional. They didn’t offer any drinks, and there were no precautions for corona: neither the staff member nor the owner wore masks, even when entering rooms. I can’t recommend it.

Sunday barbecue is one of a kind, and the ski slopes are literally next door. The staff are lovely, the vibes are great, and it’s an amazing place. I love coming here.
