Villa Beach Cottages

We chose solitude over lots of food and nightlife options, and that suited us just fine. We picked up groceries, since apart from the small restaurant onsite there's not really anywhere to eat without driving. The highway is busy, but the beach is secluded and just steps from the door. If you want a quiet beachfront place, this is perfect. The villas and staff are wonderful.

The people here made our vacation feel personal. They arranged transportation, shared local tips and stories, and made us feel connected to the island. Our cottage was spotless and spacious, with a full kitchen that made breakfast by the sea breeze or dinner after a day out easy. We could hear the waves at night, and the property was well maintained throughout. Meals were delicious, from local specialties to fresh breakfast by the sea, and the restaurant was a memorable part of the stay. The beachfront setting is peaceful, with palms, soft sand and calm, clear water right outside. We lounged in the shade, paddled and watched the sunset. Villa Beach Cottages felt welcoming from the start, and the staff were warm, smiling and ready to help.

Colin was so personable and had everything mapped out for us, from local tips to the plans for our favorite day in St Lucia. We first rented a car thinking we’d have to do lots of driving, but the team handled bookings, activity suggestions, taxis and dinner reservations. They took such good care of us that it felt like having a personal butler for the week. We spent nine wonderful honeymoon days at Villa Beach Cottages. The staff treated us like family, knew us by name and quickly helped with anything we needed, whether it was sugar, aloe for sunburn or a taxi for an excursion. Traveling abroad for the first time felt a bit overwhelming, but VB made us feel safe and at home. We were glad we chose it over the Sandals next door. We already feel part of the Villa Beach family and can’t wait to return with our kids.

The sunsets here are so hard to resist that I took more pictures than I ever have. You’re just a few metres from the sea, a lovely place to relax with a Piton Beer or Rum Punch while the kids play in the waves. We stayed for the second week of our holiday after La Dauphine Estate, with our family of 6, and absolutely loved it. Colin and the team were always helpful. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there are beautiful views from almost everywhere on the property. It’s also a good base for exploring the main attractions in the North of the island. The team keeps everything immaculate, and a special mention to the chefs: the food is full of flavour and ranks with the great restaurants we tried in St Lucia. Hope we get to return one day.
