Charles and Cindy were so helpful during our honeymoon. They suggested places to eat, booked a private day and sunset cruise to the Pitons with Captain Cuthbert, who was awesome, and made sure we had everything we needed. The villas are on a lush green hill above Merigot Bay, and were very clean with kitchens equipped for small or big meals. A small beach, a bar and several restaurants are just steps away. Our arrival went smoothly too. Sharvon was waiting to pick us up at the airport, helped with our bags to the Villa and stopped at a food store so we could get breakfast supplies. Oasis Marigot, St Lucia was wonderful. We can't wait to stay in these beautiful villas again!

The villa itself was immaculate, and you can tell there's care in maintaining the units and grounds. Staff were so friendly, and the manager made us feel at ease and at home right away. They helped with anything we needed. We stayed in a vacation club villa and got a two-level place with two balconies and what I think is the best view in Marigot Bay, all at an extremely reasonable price. I'd worried that it might not feel private enough, but that wasn't a problem at all. There was a lovely pool surrounded by lush gardens, plus a beach a short walk away where guests can use lounge chairs for free. Plenty of nearby restaurants too. For me, this was a better experience than spending a week tucked away at a chain resort. Oasis Marigot is a magical, peaceful place and the highlight of our St. Lucia trip. I wish we'd stayed for the whole trip. We hope to come back. Thanks for caring about your guests. Robyn and Jonathan

We had mixed feelings about this place. The bay is quiet, though we sometimes heard music from Doolittle's Restaurant at night. Getting there involves a terrible road, and free public parking across from Zoetry is in a rough, rocky, muddy lot where a space can be hard to find. To reach the hotel, you take a ferry from across the bay near the Marigot Police Department. The porter and ferry operator meets you at the agreed time, takes you across and shows you to your room. At some point you pay about 9 USD per person for a week-long ferry pass, though nobody ever asked to see it. The villas sit on a very steep hillside, depending on which one you get, and you may need the funicular, especially going up with luggage. The porter can help. Our villa had two floors: the bedroom was downstairs, the kitchen and sofabed upstairs, and the bathroom on the main landing. There were some good points. The second-floor deck was large, with loungers and a dining table and chairs. The hot water was genuinely hot and plentiful. There was a large closet with a safe, and a kitchen with a full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, stovetop and oven, plus most essential kitchenware. They supplied a dish sponge and soap, liquid bathroom soap, and plenty of towels. The downstairs bedroom had cold AC. Rick, the porter and ferry operator, Alex, the boat operator, and especially Irwin, the property manager, were very friendly. Claudius also helped with our bags when we left. The upstairs had no AC and was humid. The windows had insect screens and shutters that wouldn't close all the way, but no glass, so most of the cold air escaped. The fans made it more bearable, but the kitchen and sofabed area never got cool. If you're more than two people, I wouldn't have anyone sleep on that uncomfortable, poor-quality sofabed mattress. Look for a larger unit with actual beds instead. Our view was okay, but not much of the bay, less than I expected. They did say the view depends on the tree canopy, but I still expected more.

The landscaping, flowers and plants were beautifully maintained, as was the pool area, and the staff at Oasis were attentive whenever we needed something. We managed to get an early check-in and a late departure, and the transportation they arranged was prompt, professional and efficient. The accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having AC in the downstairs bedroom. We spent hours on the balcony watching the stunning view of Margot Bay, from sunrises and sunsets to clouds, rain showers, rainbows and boats passing through. It was nice to have food pre-ordered and delivered, with the kitchen stocked when we arrived. My husband and I stayed for five days in February 2020, and we'd definitely plan another visit. I highly recommend arranging the food in advance.

The bay is noisy all the time, with constant music. What an awful place to live. Stay away if you want peace and quiet.
