Known as Skippy Crib Hostel too, this is an A/C dorm in the home of a lovely older Sri Lankan couple. Midigama Beach is about a 15 minute walk away. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of showers and toilets, and they made good homestyle food.

We had to leave because of the virus, even though we’d expected to stay for at least three months. It’s a beautiful house and the host is both friendly and excellent. I hope things go well for them.
