Rocky Bay - Private Room

PRIIMA was one of the best parts of our time in Ahangama. The central location made it easy to walk around town, and yet the place stayed peaceful. Our clean, spacious rooms were inviting and thoughtfully laid out, just right for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring. What stayed with us most was the feeling of being welcomed into a caring little community. Elida and her team gave us a warm greeting from the start, and that kindness carried through the stay. The place felt private when we wanted quiet, but it was easy to share a conversation or a moment with others and get a gentle sense of local life. We felt looked after without anyone fussing over us, almost like we’d been welcomed into a family. It has the feel of both a home and a holiday retreat. Staying here became part of our experience of Sri Lanka, and we’ll think back on it long after leaving Ahangama.

The host was the best! It’s set up for a longer stay, with clean, lovely rooms that have A/C, and a host and workers who are always easy to reach. There’s a nice area to hang out by the pool and in the kitchen, plus a great community of people staying here. The beach and all the nice places in Ahangama are just a 5 minute walk, and Marshmallow surf spot is 10 minutes away on foot.

These cozy apartments are right downtown in Ahangama, just a few minutes from the beach and surf spots. The host and all the staff were super friendly, and the rooms and pool were clean and well maintained. You can hear some road noise inside the rooms, though. That’s the downside of such a central location.

Right in the center of ahangama, close to the shops and restaurants. The rooms are roomy and clean, with AC and hot water. The host is welcoming and helpful. I recommend staying here!
