The place is clean and tucked into a quieter area near the beach, with a very good takeaway restaurant about 300m away. Tilak, the owner, also works as a tour guide. He’s local, speaks fluent German, and shared so much interesting information about Sri Lanka. He always negotiated the best prices for us and put together wonderful experiences we’d only dreamed of having so far from home.
