The rooms were okay, but not very clean, and the eating area didn’t meet standards. Breakfast was poor, with food that wasn’t tasty and very few options. I’d suggest not getting food there. Although there’s a sea nearby, there are no lifeguards, so swimming there feels risky. The managing lady was okay, but the other staff didn’t really meet the service standards of a three-star hotel.

We held a get-together in their main hall on 2025-12-27 for more than 100 people. Some of the hall’s AC machines were broken, and there wasn’t enough air conditioning. It was a bad experience.

It’s a really nice place, and the Sea Breeze team were excellent. They treated us like family. Don’t hesitate to choose Sea Breeze.

They charged us for pool use without telling us beforehand when we arrived for a family day out. That was manageable compared with the payment trouble that followed. They insisted on cash, but our group owed far more than people usually carry. It took hours of negotiating before they let us pay by bank transfer. The location is great, but management is poor. Avoid.

This isn’t a good choice for group events. The food wasn’t tasty and seemed full of MSG, and the price was high. Pool use for day-out guests was charged separately at LKR 500 per person. Our event had 50 people, but just one person was available the whole time to serve us, with no waiters or other staff. Poor value for money.
