If you're staying in the jungle before a safari, some rough conditions may come with the setting. This place draws bugs through the night because it stands out as a light source in the middle of nowhere. Peacocks can be heard calling all night. It's rustic, but be prepared for conditions that aren't especially clean or comfortable.

The pictures shouldn't be trusted. Our room was dirty and the washrooms leaked. If you're happy staying around animals and insects, this place may suit you, but we weren't. We arrived late at night in Anuradhapura on a long weekend and couldn't find another guest house, so unfortunately we had to stay. The rates were high. When we raised the problems, the owner seemed to convince himself it was the first time they had happened. It was a bad, dirty place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not even worth one star.

We booked the six-person cabana, which has a small kitchen with an electric rice cooker. It lets you enjoy your vacation freely. Really good for families, and highly recommended!

Our five-person cabana had a small kitchen with an electric kettle and rice cooker, so we could enjoy the vacation freely and cook our “kiri ahara “ ourselves. It's really good for a family and I'd highly recommend it. One suggestion: the washroom needs to be cleaner than it is now.

We only stayed one night, but felt at home and were very comfortable. It's a lovely place to relax during a long trip. The room was excellent for the price and unlike the rooms we'd had at other hotels. Hope to come back soon and stay longer.
