The location isn't scenic, but that didn't matter to us since we came to Anuradhapura to worship at pooja nagara and only needed somewhere to sleep. We found the place satisfactory for that, especially at an affordable price. Our triple room was clean and well maintained, and staff were very friendly. AC and non-AC rooms were available. We brought food from outside, and they set up a place for us to eat and supplied cutlery at no extra cost. Parking could be tricky: the only space is out front and fits around four vehicles at once. If you're coming to worship and just need a place to sleep, I'd recommend it.

The service was absolutely horrible, and the bathrooms weren't nice, with no hot water. The rooms smelled awful, had no AC or phone charging plugs, and I woke up covered in mosquito bites, even on my face. The sheets were stained and the mattresses had moss. The place felt sketchy. Oddly, the mattress itself was shockingly comfortable, which was the one good thing.

My single room felt damp and stuffy, and the bathroom was dirty, with huge clumps of hair blocking the drains. No blankets or towels were provided; I had to get my own topsheet and towel from a cupboard in the corridor. They advertise Wi-Fi, but the speed kept varying between 0-1 mbps.

The rating seems out of date, so I wouldn't book here. Our rooms were old and had a strong musty smell. The water heater was faulty and hadn't been repaired. AC was shown as available when we booked, but once we arrived they told us it would cost extra.

We were just three people in a family room, and the staff didn't hesitate to move us to a first-floor room because my grandma had trouble getting to the second floor. They were really friendly and did an amazing job. Highly recommended 💯
