Hotel Savonrich

The room condition was awful, with a bad smell, dusty utensils, and no proper upkeep. Hot water in the family room bathroom didn’t work, and the kitchen was dirty too, from the dusty counters and filthy utensils to the unclean floor. On top of all that, the owner and staff were rude and didn’t apologize, even though dinner hadn’t been prepared after we told them well in advance. The whole stay was a disaster. They clearly don’t care about customers, and it wasn’t worth our time or money.

We spent one night in a family room, and breakfast was part of the package. The food tasted really good. For the price, the place, service, and hospitality were very good. I’d recommend staying here.

The owner was flexible and helpful when we needed to make a few small changes to our original booking, and the stay turned out better than we expected. The house rules are a bit strict, though, and the washroom in family room number 01 was rather small. Even so, I don’t think you’ll regret what you pay.

The bedrooms were fine and the food was good, but that bathroom was so cramped we could barely move. We booked online, yet nobody seemed to have checked the reservation properly. The receptionist didn’t know anything about it, and communication with the other staff didn’t seem good. It wasn’t a great experience for me.
