I’ve been to Anuradhapura more than 20 times for different reasons, and this is the most comfortable, homely place I’ve stayed in town. The caretaker was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The owners arranged two excellent meals exactly how we wanted them, and the food was really well prepared and tasted superb. Two family members visiting from Australia weren’t used to spicy food, and two elderly relatives had dietary restrictions. The hosts did everything they could to meet all our requests, far beyond what we expected. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed one night on March 15 with 10 family members, including 4 babies. The villa is in a quiet area near town and food shops. The owner was kind and helpful, providing facilities to prepare food for the babies and extra space in the kitchen and refrigerator. Everything was clean, safe, and well maintained, and the housekeeping was great. We highly recommend it, and felt the payment was well worth it.

The place is a little way from central Anuradhapura, but we felt it was well worth the trip. We got in touch on WhatsApp and everything went smoothly. From outside it looks like a house, though inside they’ve set it up as separate rooms. Our room was clean and just right for the four of us, two couples. The family room could be divided into two private sections that shared a bathroom, and each side had its own air conditioner. We were really impressed. The staff uncle was especially kind and attentive, taking care of things before we even had to ask.

We visited on 28 December and were glad to find such a quiet, peaceful place. The property was clean and well cared for, and the caretaker was very helpful. They provided everything we needed to prepare the “Kiri ahara poojawa” without charging us. Breakfast was delicious too.

The employee was so friendly and even cooked “kiri ahara” without charging extra. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. A really good place to stay, I’d recommend it.
