We were on the ground floor, so the lake view wasn’t the best, but the rest of the stay was excellent. Dinner by the pool was a highlight, with lots of delicious choices, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was equally enjoyable. We booked a family room with half-board. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the standard amenities you’d expect from a quality hotel. The peaceful setting just beyond Tissa Wewa made for a relaxing stay in the Anuradhapura area. Mr. Sumith, the CEO, personally checked whether guests were satisfied, which showed the hotel’s commitment to hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, peaceful stay in the area.

Our wedding at the Royal Crystal Ballroom in the Heritage Hotel was a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and delicious throughout the event, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. During planning, the staff were supportive, attentive, and committed to getting every detail right. We highly recommend the Heritage Hotel as a beautiful venue with top-tier service for a special day.

The food was delicious and felt so carefully prepared, which added to the homely feeling. Every staff member we met was polite, friendly, and clearly wanted guests to feel welcome. We’re especially grateful for the way they looked after our baby, checking on us and making sure the baby was comfortable and happy. That care made the visit stress-free and special for our family. At Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura, we felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, which gave us comfort and peace of mind. We left with beautiful memories and grateful hearts. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel valued and genuinely cared for during their stay.

The pool was clean and well maintained, and the pool staff were friendly and attentive. Dining was pleasant too, thanks to the kind food and beverage team and their ever-present smiles. The food itself was decent. The manager was especially welcoming and shared useful information about Anuradhapura and Sri Lanka, which made the stay feel more personal. We had a wonderful experience at Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura from start to finish. The reservation team made booking smooth and hassle-free, and the reception and front office staff greeted us warmly when we arrived. Simply amazing overall, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Anuradhapura.

We had a wonderful dining experience, with outstanding food that was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared with real care and expertise. Every dish was delicious and well balanced. Mr. Sumith, the Chief Executive Officer, deserves special thanks for his warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. His commitment to high standards came through in the experience. Highly recommended for the food and service. We’ll definitely be back!
