The location and hospitality were okay, and the price was good. But I had to get past a rat. When I wasn’t there, it came onto the bed and ate and left droppings around. Everything else was okay.

The owner was kind and shared lots of useful tips about the area, and the place rents bikes too, which is a nice way to get around. It’s a very budget-friendly hostel and good value for the money. The bathroom isn’t anything special, but it’s clean and does the job. I had a really pleasant stay.

The bed was huge, and I loved it. The location was great too, close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The owner is such a lovely person. Staying here feels like staying at a friend’s place, and you can tell he loves hosting people. He’s always ready to help with even little things.

For a budget stay, it had all the basics I needed, and I enjoyed my time there. I met other travelers, and I’d recommend it. The double beds are spacious for one person and comfortable, with a fan to help with the heat and mosquitoes. There’s also a small kitchen for guests. Don’t expect luxury at this price. It’s in the city center beside a beautiful lagoon. The owner is a really nice guy who does his best to make your stay easy, and he rents bicycles for exploring. The rates were very affordable, 1,000 LKR per night and 1,000 LKR for a 24-hour bike rental.
