The architecture was the first thing that impressed us, thoughtfully designed, elegant, and amazing to look at. The resort is beautiful from reception through to the rooms, and the location makes it easy to walk to both town and the beach. We loved the relaxing pool and spa. Poolside staff were attentive, setting up comfortable loungers with fresh towels, and everyone we met was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The place catered well for families and couples. We had a luxurious, relaxing stay and are very likely to return. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend it.

We were at Cinnamon Bentota from 29th to 31st May. The food was delicious and had a good variety, while the facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel has beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Thanks to the whole Cinnamon Bentota team for a memorable visit. We look forward to returning and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The food selection was impressive, with delicious dishes and thoughtfully put-together combinations. Our team had a wonderful stay on a one-night company business trip, and we’d recommend the place for both work and leisure. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Our rooms were spotless, well maintained, and supplied with fresh, high-quality amenities and everything we needed. The location was calm, peaceful, and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the food. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our vacation. A special thanks to Priyangani and Chandima in the dining area for being so kind and helpful and for giving excellent service. The staff member who helped at check-in also made our arrival smooth and pleasant. It was a fantastic stay, and we’d recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

This was my fourth visit to Cinnamon Bentota, and I’ll definitely return again. It’s rare to find a resort that keeps its standards so consistently high. The service, food, facilities, and cleanliness were outstanding, and both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The setting is fantastic, and the resort is beautiful and well maintained, with a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, professional, and committed to good service. Amanda deserves a special thank you for being so kind, attentive, and helpful during my stay. I highly recommend Cinnamon Bentota to anyone visiting Sri Lanka who wants a comfortable, memorable stay.
