I had a terrible stay. The staff were careless and unresponsive, with no concern for our comfort or complaints. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, and the bed bugs made it impossible to sleep comfortably. There were also lots of mosquitoes and no proper precautions. The washroom was unclean and badly kept too. These hygiene problems are unacceptable for a hotel. I strongly advise others to avoid it unless cleanliness and guest care improve significantly.

The place seems underrated in the reviews. It's a huge property, very close to the beach, just a three- or four-minute walk. The staff were helpful and well mannered, the rooms were super clean, and the bathroom was tip-top.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place, with private access to the beach. The staff were super kind, and breakfast was great. We were even welcomed into the private house to play the piano. Can 100% recommend. Photos of the beach attached.

Being so close to the beach made the stay especially lovely, and the place itself felt calm and welcoming. At Palm Beach Inn & Sea Shells Cabana, our room was tidy and cared for, and the service was both quick and courteous. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
