The Eden Beruwala Hotel

Miss Lithara made our stay especially memorable. She was warm, professional, and attentive, always checking that we were comfortable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and restful, and the hospitality throughout was excellent. We had a wonderful time at Eden Resort Beruwala and hope to return. Highly recommended.

Mr. Thilaka (or Thilanga) in the buffet area was quick and efficient, always smiling and attentive to the details and arrangements. Ms./Mrs. Sukathna, the trainee receptionist, also made a big impression on us with her warm smile. I stayed one night with my wife and three children, and she willingly dealt with every request promptly, making us comfortable throughout. The staff's friendliness and professionalism made the service outstanding and our visit memorable. We look forward to coming back for those welcoming smiles. ❤️❤️❤️

The beach setting and pool were especially lovely for spending time with our team, and the hotel's atmosphere, relaxed theme, elegant rooms, and comfortable facilities made our one-day stay enjoyable. We visited Eden Hotel on April 9, 2026, for our company annual trip. Everything was arranged beautifully and managed professionally from arrival. The night beach party, with live music and a bonfire, was a highlight. It was well organised, the service was excellent, and the staff stayed kind, friendly, and attentive all evening. Miss Nethmi and Miss Lithara deserve special thanks for their hospitality. I can't recall every staff member's name, but the whole team made us feel welcome and cared for right through the event. Thanks to the Eden Hotel team for their dedication and warm, professional service. The trip was memorable and special. We'd recommend the hotel for company events, group outings, or a relaxing vacation.

The breakfast and lunch buffet had lots to choose from, and the restaurant was flexible, which we really appreciated. The hotel Occidental eden is in a great location, and we had a lovely weekend getaway. Our room was spacious, spotless, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and did their best to make us comfortable from the moment we arrived, especially Shehana. We hope to stay longer next time and would recommend thishotel to anyone after a welcoming, pleasant visit.
