We booked two rooms for a one night family getaway, and the children had a joyful time at the pool, beach, and kids’ play area. They didn’t have enough time to try table tennis or badminton, but still had a wonderful time. Our rooms were decorated for our anniversary, and the complimentary cake was a thoughtful personal touch. One room was ready shortly after check in, while the other was available around 3:30pm. That also affected our late check out request, which was a slight inconvenience, though the staff’s overall care and hospitality outweighed it. Ms. Rangi gave us a warm welcome with a sincere smile and personally guided us through arrival. Her kindness and genuine care made us feel valued and at home. Ms. Geethma was friendly and graceful at checkout, and made our departure smooth and pleasant. The room service team responded quickly and brought the amenities we requested. It was a warm and comfortable stay, and a memorable family trip.

Kosala, my room boy, deserves special thanks. He was courteous and efficient, kept my room spotless and comfortable, and his warm attitude made the stay even better. The service was first class from start to finish. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. I really appreciated the hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

We stayed in the Superior Ocean View King and loved the ambience, the beach, and the staff. Everyone, from the welcoming staff to the service team, was friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Himashi and Vihini at reception were especially helpful and friendly. Chef Nishantha kindly made us a special Koththu that wasn’t on the buffet menu, and pastry bakery chef Anusha was so sweet. She made us the tastiest waffles. Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Thanks, Cinnamon!

The infinity pool and its lovely views were a real highlight, and the quiet, scenic setting made it easy to unwind. Our room and the rest of the hotel were clean and tidy, which added to the comfort of the stay. The team were kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, always making sure we were looked after. They also arranged a lovely anniversary surprise for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our special day feel even more memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would love to come back. A great choice for a relaxing stay with family or as a couple.

The Noodles restaurant team, Nethimi, Dulimini, and Sulara, made our meal especially memorable. They were attentive and friendly, and made sure everything was right. Lakshitha also kept the room clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really enjoyed the food during my stay. There was plenty of variety and the quality was very good. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was a pleasant visit, and I’d happily recommend Cinnamon Bey to anyone coming to Sri Lanka. I hope to return.
