I’d give zero stars if I could. When I arrived at the gate, the two men there wouldn’t let me in. My booking was paid for, and I had the confirmation email, but they kept saying “no booking” or just “no.” They didn’t ask to see the email or when I’d booked, and they weren’t friendly about it. After crying for a bit, I went to a different hotel. I recommend “the Palms”.

We’re definitely coming back. The villa owner does everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’m in love 💙. It’s clean, spacious and cozy, and the pool is kept spotless. Dinner has plenty of variety, and Chef Sarat makes delicious food. They greeted us warmly at the airport and saw us off with flowers and gifts. They even threw a party for my mom’s birthday, which thrilled the whole family. It’s a great option if you’re on holiday with a child. 👍
